BEFORE taking away more foods by Restrictive Diets such as GF, GFCF, SCD/Gaps, Paleo…etc., instead : Food Rotation lets you experience ALL the wide variety you CAN eat, if you Rotate Foods.

And, if you are already nutritionally depleted, don’t take away more foods. (ie. the mass removal of  IgG (Elisa/ Alcat) identified foods :  There is simply NO science that IgG is an indicator of sensitivity, indeed recent studies suggest IgG may be an indicator of improved tolerance.)

The Rotation of Foods becomes your “safety net diet”:  You always know foods you CAN eat. Make friends with food again. No more chaotic, disorganized eating. No more fear of food. Lots to eat. Pleasure and Gratitude return to mealtimes… along with the Rich Nourishment of the ever-widening Food Rotation Diet.

INDIVIDUAL STEP 1:

INDIVIDUAL STEP 2 : 

KISS (Keep it simple for success) : For the first 2-3 Rotations, stick with ONE simple MEAL at each mealtime = same recipe/ same shopping, until you are comfortable with Food Rotation(ie. although your base Meal Plan may allow both Chicken and Pork on ie. Day 2, chose ONLY ONE for Day 2 Dinner (ie. chicken), and stick with it. Later on you will be widening with the pork and other alternatives on that Day. This is also a way to get chicken one Rotation and Pork the next…. one of the strategies for reducing exposure to problem foods to only every 2 Food Rotations.

At the beginning, ADD only your base recipes to your 4-Day Recipe Planner. Later, widen your 4-Day Recipe Planner with alternatives (ie. the pork discussed above).  The 4-Day Recipe Planner eventually becomes the SINGLE chart you will need …Simplicity

FURTHER STEPS :  are available with purchase of the Software, including ways to, a) tweak your customized diet for even better reduced sensitization, while keeping as many foods in diet as possible;  b) be organized and monitor your symptom trends;  c) if, symptom trends indicate it is absolutely necessary, “build on” Restrictive Diets that cut foods out (ie. GF/GFCF, SCD/GAPS, Paleo/ Candida/Leaky Gut… ).  “Build on” means never going backward from your new good Diet Habit of 4-Day Rotation and building onto it; d) STEP BY STEP and organized, apply those Restrictive Diets :  ie. for a Candida/SIBO/Leaky Gut diet, you might first get your Probiotic of the Day into your daily habit.  Once you have that habit in place, next add the omega 3 oil/or healthy fat of each Day, then focus on limiting the sweet of the Day, then get into the habit of soaking a grain/seed …. etc.
