$$ Supplements wasted as poor Diet drags health down. Client already has restricted self to his “superstitious-safe**” foods.
So why cut even more foods? Instead, widen/enrich diet by Rotation, to expose ALL the wide Variety client CAN eat right now… if Rotated. That means client can add new DAILY SUPERFOODS (phytonutrients/ antioxidants/ fibres/pre-biotics/ fats/oils) because Rotation reminds you to include ie. “brewers yeast” or mushrooms or cruciferous or bitter salad(endive) or berries or sauerkraut/kimchi or papaya or flax or squash or ginger or turmeric… SUPER FOODS… that rotation enables you to eat.
There is NO downside to richly nourishing clients, so that they have the energy to heal. Fad diets cut out entire food groups, at risk to health. Cutting out foods by IgG blood tests absolutely not validated by science. ELIMINAT many favourite foods all at once and for long-periods; Both do nothing to widen client’s already poor nutrition from “fear-restricted eating“.
Organized Rotation will 1) show clients ALL they CAN eat, without fear; 2) richly nourish the depleted nutritional status of all with chronic illness; 3) Lower FOOD and mealtime ANXIETY; 4) Stop new cycles of “superstitiously safe” foods, as often happens with with FAD diets that force clients away from “normal” foods ; 5) Reduce sensitization/inflammation by way of creating a 4 Day recovery period before a food is eaten again; 6) Organized eating allows a “reveal” of foods and supplement effects (see STEP by STEP).
- STUDY in 2004 looked at 25 females aged 25-67, to find a 50% decline in severity of symptoms. Those following the Rotation diet most carefully, showed improved gut symptoms at 4 weeks. 
- STUDY in 2006 : 20 women aged 24-81 with IBS, who had failed standard medical therapies, found minimal symptoms of IBS at 1 year follow up, if continued adherence to food Rotation. 
FOOD ROTATION “reduces the potential to become …sensitive to particular foods … from repeatedly stimulating … body’s immune and cellular systems with the same nutritional biochemistry” (E Haas MD. 497). Rotation is a cornerstone of an ideal diet for everyone. (E Haas MD, p. 714) Rotating foods, along with some eliminations, may allow the diet to be widened with time… but even then problem foods should continue on a 4 day rotation to reduce the likelihood of renewed problems, while all foods should be rotated to reduce likelihood of developing entirely new food reactivities (Haas, pp. 497, 714) .
- STUDY in 2005, 12 women aged 37-50 with environmental sensitivity indicated what they ate over 4 days. The conclusion was they needed to widen their dietary variety to improve nutrient intake, as 75% of them scored poor intake of folate, vitamin B6, B12, and Magnesium. 
- STUDY in 2002, 22 women on the Rotation Diet, found their mean nutrient intakes met or exceeded recommended levels, with the possible exception of folate. Those adhering most closely to the rotation plan had better intakes of Vit C, B6, fibre, as well as folate.

RESTRICTIVE DIETS narrow NUTRITIONAL VARIETY (= fewer different phytonutrients, different antioxidants, different fibres, …). Unsustainable and tough to follow, restrictive diets add to food anxiety.
